Virgil Abloh and Nike released the Zoom Fly Mercurial Flyknit in June 2018 to coincide with the start of the World Cup soccer tournament. The soccer-inspired silhouette features a Flyknit upper modeled after the Mercurial soccer boot series and a Zoom Fly running sole. Abloh designed the shoe with dots placed in common areas a soccer player kicks the ball. This Off-White x Nike Zoom Fly Mercurial "Black" is one of the two colorways the sneaker was released in.
