Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes at this time.

Carriers used: USPS, UPS, FedEx

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $39 or more
Orders under $39: shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Packaging

Hair removal devices: Boxed with foam inserts and protective padding
Beauty masks: Sealed in protective packaging
Mirrors: Boxed with corner protectors, bubble wrap, and "Fragile" markings

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged items: Please inspect the outer packaging immediately upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and photograph both the packaging and the item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your photos. Please retain all original packaging materials.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
